Consultation fees are separate from medication costs. If your healthcare practitioner prescribes treatment, medication pricing is determined by the dispensing pharmacy. We do not sell or profit from medication sales.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before appointment:

Full refund or option to reschedule without penalty.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment:

May incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee.

No-show policy:

Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full consultation fee.

Late arrivals:

If you join more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show. The full consultation fee will still apply.

The consultation fee covers your appointment with an Australian-registered clinician, including clinical assessment, discussion of treatment options, and development of a care plan if appropriate. The fee does not include any prescribed medications, which are priced separately by dispensing pharmacies.
 
If treatment is commenced, follow-up consultations are important for monitoring safety, effectiveness, and making any necessary adjustments. Your clinician will recommend an appropriate follow-up schedule based on your individual circumstances.
 
Some private health insurers may provide rebates for telehealth consultations with specialists. Coverage varies significantly between insurers and policies. We recommend contacting your insurer directly to enquire about telehealth consultation rebates.
Currently, most prescription therapies discussed during LeafLine consultations are not PBS-listed. Medication costs are determined by dispensing pharmacies and vary depending on the specific products prescribed.
We accept major credit cards and debit cards for consultation fees. Payment is required at the time of booking. Medication costs are paid directly to the dispensing pharmacy.
