Repeat Long Consultation

30-minute follow-up consultation for ongoing monitoring and treatment adjustments.
Repeat Short Consultation

10–15 minute follow-up for quick check-ins and prescription management.

Important Note
Consultation fees are separate from medication costs. If your healthcare practitioner prescribes treatment, medication pricing is determined by the dispensing pharmacy. We do not sell or profit from medication sales.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before appointment:
Full refund or option to reschedule without penalty.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment:
May incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee.
No-show policy:
Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full consultation fee.
Late arrivals:
If you join more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered a no-show. The full consultation fee will still apply.
